What is Sports Massage?

Sports Massage is the use of deep tissue massage with muscular energy treatment, soft tissue release work, positional release, and stretching on the soft tissues of the body, e.g. muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Even if your problem or injury is not sport specific and caused by an everyday activity, for example work related or poor posture, sports massage can also help to identify problem areas and manage and rehabilitate injured soft tissues to aid recovery.

Regardless of whether you exercise or play sport to keep fit, or compete from club to international level, sports massage can help to restore a healthy balance to your musculo-skeletal system.
