Kristin came to me with the specific goal of improving her body shape for her wedding which was 3 months later. When I met her she was already close to her goal weight at Weight Watchers and was doing really well on that front.

Kristin was hoping to tone up and improve her confidence to wear a bikini on her honeymoon.

We started an intensive program of exercise, focusing on toning the muscles as well as improving cardiovascular fitness.

Kristin felt and looked great at her wedding and continues to exercise on a regular basis afterwards. Despite being asthmatic Kristin now has the confidence and ability to jog for a length of time without fear of an attack.

Overall Impressions
Barbara helped me get in shape for my wedding, and I can't say enough good things about her. In a relatively short amount of time, she helped me to achieve amazing results. I felt and looked great for my wedding and even wore a special "Just Married" bikiini for my honeymoon! Training with Barbara also helped me to feel more in control of my weight and have more confidence exercising as an asthmatic. I was afraid to run until I started working with Barbara, and now I can jog for twenty minutes at a time! I feel stronger and fitter than ever. Barbara is a very positive person as well, with lots of energy. Working out with her will brighten your day!
